ABOUT US
We are a family-owned and operated cafe and boutique based in Parker, Colorado, dedicated to sharing exceptional coffee with our community. Our beans come directly from Panama, where the unique growing conditions create distinctive flavor profiles you won’t find anywhere else. Each cup highlights the richness of the region while reflecting the care and tradition behind every hand-harvested bean.

Beyond serving great coffee, we are committed to making a positive impact. By sourcing from a woman-owned and operated farm, we support sustainability, empowerment, and fair practices at the origin. Closer to home, we love giving back to our own community, finding ways to connect, support, and contribute to the place we call home.
OUR COFFEE
& CASCARA

Our coffee comes from the Chiriquí region of Panama, a unique micro climate located 4,500 – 6,000 feet above sea level. The high altitude and sloped fields create ideal conditions for producing exceptional single-origin coffee. Because the terrain is inaccessible by machines, every step of the process is done by hand, using traditional methods and without the use of chemicals.
What makes our coffee even more special is its origin - it is grown on a woman-only owned and operated farm. This ensures not only quality and authenticity, but also supports sustainability and empowerment within the Chiriquí community. Each bean reflects the dedication, skill, and care of the women who cultivate and harvest it.
In addition to coffee, we offer cascara, also known as coffee cherry tea. This rare drink is made from the dried fruit husk that surrounds the coffee bean. Instead of the roasted notes of coffee, cascara delivers a smooth, subtly sweet cup with bright cherry flavors. It’s a unique way to enjoy another side of the coffee plant and a taste you won’t often find elsewhere.
